Where Physical Meets Digital
Edge is where physical signals are captured. Core is what connects and manages those endpoints. Together, they create the physical foundation of Ithina.
Edge can include ESLs, cameras, sensors, intelligent tags, displays and other devices. Core provides the communication and management layer that allows those devices to operate as part of a unified system. Ithina's Edge infrastructure includes communication technologies such as Sub-1GHz and 2.4GHz connectivity, alongside BLE/UWB and RTLS infrastructure where required.
Core + Maestro

Core manages the connected environment. Maestro interprets what that environment is telling the business. The relationship is straightforward:
- Core connects the signals.
- Maestro understands them.
For example, a shelf sensor or connected endpoint may provide information about what is happening. Core helps manage the endpoint and communication. Maestro can then combine that signal with inventory, pricing, POS or other operational information to determine what should happen next.
